Standard shipping of R89.00

Free shipping on orders over R2000.00

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer shipping throughout South Africa. We do not ship outside South Africa. 

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

The PUDO locker-to-door standard shipping is within 2-4 business days. The time frames shown above will be extended for remote areas. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we make use of locker-to-door delivery. A Pin Code is required on receiving goods, this will be sms’d through to you on the contact number provided herein.  Delivery via courier service may be delayed due to high volume periods, weekends, public holidays, weather, strikes, etc.  Should you not be available at the time of delivery, please ensure that someone collects on your behalf and produces the Pin Code that was sms’d to you.  Returned Orders due to unavailability of the Client will incur additional costs for you.  Please contact PUDO via The Courier Guy for more information.

 

Please note, we do not take responsibility for any stolen, lost packages or delays during transit. Please reach out directly to PUDO for such issues.

 

Orders are processed within 1 business day from when the order was paid for.

 

We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. Delays may also be experienced due to Eskom loadshedding across South Africa.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a wats app notification once your order has been shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation message.

You can also track your order by contacting PUDO via The Courier Guy and provide them with the LOCK Reference that was sent in your shipping confirmation message. Please note that it's the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct and
