PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
The PUDO locker-to-door standard shipping is within 2-4 business days. The time frames shown above will be extended for remote areas. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we make use of locker-to-door delivery. A Pin Code is required on receiving goods, this will be sms’d through to you on the contact number provided herein. Delivery via courier service may be delayed due to high volume periods, weekends, public holidays, weather, strikes, etc. Should you not be available at the time of delivery, please ensure that someone collects on your behalf and produces
the Pin Code that was sms’d to you.
Returned Orders due to unavailability of the Client will incur additional costs for you. Please contact PUDO via The Courier Guy for more information.
Please note, we do not take responsibility for any stolen, lost packages or delays during transit. Please reach out directly to PUDO for such issues.
Orders are processed within business day from when the order was paid for.
We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. Delays may also be experienced due to Eskom loadshedding across South Africa.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us 0827277972. Each return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and accepted or denied accordingly. All products on promotion/ discount, including those for a free product, are not eligible for return/ refund. There are disclaimers on all products, if irritation occurs to the skin stop use immediately. This does not qualify for a refund as the product has already been used.

Cancellations
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The return address shall be provided accordingly.
